In this case study, I will share how we built a viral marketing tool using Image-to-Image generation technology to create personalized festive experiences.

Project Overview

The goal was to create a seamless and fun tool that allows users to generate unique Christmas cards starring themselves, without ever leaving the Telegram messenger.

Tech Stack: Telegram Mini App (Web App), Python, AI (Image-to-Image models), Cloud Servers.

How It Works (User Flow)

We designed the user experience (UX) to be as simple and intuitive as possible:

1. Access: The user opens the Mini App directly within Telegram.
2. Language Selection: Interface support for local languages.
3. Photo Upload: Users can upload a photo from their gallery or take a selfie in real-time.
4. Style Selection: We integrated 5 unique holiday styles. Users choose the "vibe" that suits them best.
5. AI Generation: The neural network processes the photo using Image-to-Image technology. It preserves the user's facial features while completely transforming the environment and style into a festive masterpiece.
6. Result & Sharing:

• The generated magic photo is sent directly to the user's Telegram chat.
• Viral Sharing: Users can forward the image or post it directly to Telegram Stories with a single tap, driving organic brand visibility.

Business Value

This approach drives massive UGC (User Generated Content). Users love sharing their AI avatars, effectively becoming brand ambassadors for Dinay across social networks.
