In the entertainment business, speed of service and financial transparency are the pillars of success. In this article, I share how I developed and implemented a comprehensive automation platform for the "Yoshlar Bog'i" culture and recreation park.

The goal of the project was to eliminate human error, prevent ticket fraud, and provide the business owner with complete control over operations. To achieve this, I created a unified ecosystem combining web interfaces and native mobile applications.

How the System Works

The project architecture is divided into three logical modules, each solving specific tasks:

1. Web Application for Cashiers

The cashier's interface was designed for maximum speed to handle queues efficiently.

  • Workflow: The cashier selects the attraction and the number of visitors.
  • Ticketing: The system instantly generates and prints a receipt with a unique QR code.
  • Features: Functionality for selling promotional and bonus tickets.
  • Control: Each cashier has access to their own sales history and shift statistics.

2. Native Mobile Apps for Operators (iOS & Android)

A key feature of this project is the use of Native technologies for the controllers' apps. This ensures instant scanner response and stable performance, even on budget devices.

  • Tech Stack: iOS (SwiftUI) and Android (Jetpack Compose).
  • Access Control: The client presents the ticket, and the operator scans the QR code via the app. The system validates the ticket and marks it as used.
  • Functionality: Operators log in with personal credentials. They can register free entries (for beneficiaries) and view their personal statistics and admission history.

3. Owner Dashboard (Admin Panel)

The command center for the business, accessible from anywhere.

  • Deep Analytics: Detailed charts on revenue, attraction popularity, and peak load hours.
  • Staff Management: Monitoring the performance and details of every cashier and operator.
  • Management: Ability to set prices for attractions, add new services, and manage staff accounts in just a few clicks.
