Where there's credit, there's "I forgot"

Talk to shop owners and the story is almost always the same: the customer is not a crook, he simply forgot. The due date passes, another week is added to it, and in the end it is you who has to call and start the awkward conversation.

Now the Qarz Daftar app has taken that job over. It writes the SMS itself and calls debtors itself, on the schedule you set. All that is left for you is to look at the result: who got a reminder and who paid.

Below is what exactly is new, plus the full list of the app's features.

📩 Automatic SMS reminders

The "Send SMS" button used to simply open the messaging app on your phone and prefill the text — you still had to press send yourself. Now the app sends it on its own.

• Sending on schedule. You decide when a reminder goes out: a day before the due date, on the due date, or after the debt is already overdue.
• The text is prepared automatically — the customer's name and the amount are filled in for you.
• Per-customer settings. Reminders can be switched off entirely for a regular customer and set to a tighter schedule for a problematic one.
• Full control. Who received which text and when — it is all kept in the report.

SMS reminders are connected as a separate package: you take it for the months you need it and pay nothing for it otherwise.

☎️ A phone call — it works even when SMS goes unread

In practice some customers never open SMS at all. That is why a second channel appeared — the app calls the debtor itself and delivers the reminder by voice.

• Calls are made on your schedule too.
• For each customer they can be enabled separately or turned off completely.
• Every call is logged: when it was made and whether the customer answered.
• This is a separate package as well — connected independently from SMS.

The most convenient scenario: an SMS goes out first, and if there is no reaction, a call follows. And you dial no one manually.

A reminder is not pressure, it is courtesy. The customer gets the message on time — the money arrives on time and the relationship stays intact.

And the main thing: this work no longer eats your time. Instead of dozens of calls a day you glance at the report once in the evening: who was reminded, who paid, and who needs a separate conversation.

How to start
